Can I exchange an item for a different style, size or color?

Any items are exchangeable as long they are the same price. Visit our Returns Page for more information. All returning items must meet our policy’s requirements.

What currencies do you charge?
Currently, we charged in Singapore Dollar (SGD$). However, in the future, we will charge USD. But that could possibly in the second quarter of the year.  

Should I include my phone number when ordering?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders. There will be an instance whereby we need to contact you immediately if there is any delay in your delivery. However, we will try our best not to disturb your personal space as we will try to ensure a smooth delivery to you.

How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in the Singapore, and 3-8 days Malaysia. For other international shipping inquiries, please email us @ info@zeeqlabel.com

When will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email you the tracking information. If you need to receive your orders as soon as possible, please email us @ info@zeeqlabel.com

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.

I wanted to try the pants before purchasing. How do I really know whether it fits me?
Please refer to our measurement guide for reference. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at the moment but we do involve in events like pop up markets.
